Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

The Nest is a recently converted peaceful, luxurious and romantic barn conversion, suitable for 2 (plus 1) guests. Superb local pub with Italian restaurant just a three minute walk away! Exclusive use of private hot tub. Private garden and bbq area. Set in 12 acres of a grade 2 listed former rectory dating back to 1798. The Coach House is also only a short drive to Montecute, The Chinnocks and Chiselborough, all of which are perfect for country walks and good pub meals.

This property is a beautifully converted garage. It is detached at the front of the property and you have complete privacy. You can park your car directly in front of the Airbnb where there is seating for Airbnb use only. It is a very quiet village and at night if you switch all the lights off and it is a clear night you can see the Milky Way. One of the richest areas in the UK for hill forts and ancient earthworks. Very houseproud so regrettably no pets and no smokers.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

The Ringstead Suite

This unique suite with it's own private stairway from the floral garden leading to your own private balcony is a perfect base looking onto the Jurassic Coast above Ringstead Bay. Above the property is the inner coastal path and Ridgeway walks. Nearby is beach access at Ringstead Bay and Osmington Mills. The suite comprises a cosy lounge area, shower room and toilet, hallway with boot and coat cupboard and luxurious bedroom with Purbeck Stone wall overlooking the garden.
