La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

A cozy apartment with garden and swimming pool view. In the house, we have 2 apartments, 4 rooms and a restaurant where you can book your meals. There's a big garden, a swimming pool with a stunning view and a lot of nature. The use of our e-bike is included in price. Our place is in a very small village in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the National Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.

Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
