Our guests enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down with a good book by the pool. This apartment is located in Santo Domingo, the most exclusive place in Managua. It is a small new house in an enclosed property with the main house (owners) and another new apartment. This apartment is a one large bedroom with a queen bed, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a terrace, a garden and a shared big swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, also 4K TV, Air Conditioner, ceiling fan, private parking. There are plenty of restaurants under 5 minutes' drive.

Un lugar seguro para descansar que cuenta con los servicios básicos para toda su familia, sobre todo si tiene niños. La casa además cuenta con un porche amoblado para disfrutar de la tarde o la noche. El residencial cuenta con Supermercados cerca, super express donde puede realizar pagos y depósitos. Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
