Each unit offers a cozy, spacious/modern interior, 65 in smart TV, fully stocked kitchens, dining areas, 2 bedrooms with king beds, 50 in smart TVs, bunk beds 2 twin, 2 ½ bath and stunning views from various deck. Outstanding Clear Lake City, Houston home only 5 minutes to NASA JSC and 20 minutes to Downtown Houston, or the Kemah Boardwalk! The home features a huge pool and spa with a 4 ton rock waterfall! The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful!

We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. We have a pool (not heated) and hot tub. No parties allowed.

This one bedroom, one bathroom second story guesthouse has access to a paved yard with picnic table, gas grill, and hot tub. It is less than a mile from the beach, the cruise port, and the historic East End downtown and just steps from cafe staples such as the Sunflower Bakery. Sleeps four maximum, with one private bedroom and one queen sized pull-out couch. There is one flight of stairs and a narrow paved path to access.
