Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Welcome to Manuel Manor! This is only 5 minutes from Texas A&M and close to all of your favorite restaurants. Each bedroom has a new 12" king mattress, an a 50" amazon fire tv, and a private bathroom. The backyard is fully fenced with patio chairs and string lights. You may park two vehicles in the spots labeled "A" and the other vehicles may park in the street. We have fast wifi, a work desk, and a comfortable recliner for you to relax and watch TV.
