Our luxury shepherds hut is situated in our 4 acre meadow shared with our herd of sheep in the beautiful North Dorset countryside. The village of Fontmell Magna is in a conservation area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a dark skies reserve. The Hut faces over the lake with glorious, uninterrupted views over the Fontmell Downs. The Hut is but offers a luxurious glamping opportunity with all the mod cons. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children is suitable all year round.

The Studio: Unique 2-Bedroom Home

The Studio at Framley Orchard is a charming 2-bedroom home with a cozy mezzanine floor. Peaceful but with plenty to do it’s perfect for couples and families of all ages, with a garden featuring swings and climbing trees. You’re in a great spot—our village has an excellent pub, a village shop, and we’re right next to an Organic Farm Shop & Café with incredible food (Wednesday-Saturday). Off-road footpaths lead to the foot of Hambledon Hill. Plus, you’re close to the trailway for cycling too.

The Cartshed is a converted barn located in the stunning Tarrant Valley. Tastefully decorated throughout, the living room boasts a Swedish log burner and bifold doors out onto your own garden. Kitchen fully equipped with granite worktops, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine. Smart TV in living room, Bluetooth speaker, TV in bedroom and Wifi throughout. Cute but spacious studio apartment on the edge of Cranborne Chase AONB; only 5 mins drive to the historic town of Shaftesbury. 'Bumbles' is the perfect place to provide easy access to a wealth of attractions, whether it be the newly re-opened Compton Airfield, famous Gold Hill and Shaftesbury Abbey, Breezy Ridge Vineyard, Stonehenge or even a day out at the beach! Guests are also offered discount on treatments at the onsite beauty studio, and are welcome to relax in the adjoining orchard.

Cosy 1-bedroom cottage in Dorset

Welcome to peace and relaxation in my Grade II listed cottage in historic Shaftesbury. The self-catering cottage is in a unique gated courtyard near the foot of Gold Hill and is within a short walk of the town centre and a local pub. It is compact and therefore suitable for singles and couples (I do not accept 3rd party bookings), and we also welcome well-behaved pets. You will have use of a private enclosed garden a short walk from the cottage, and on-street parking is available nearby.

The Barn - peaceful country setting.

A converted barn at Cann Common next to the main house with its own garden, patio and parking area. Located on a no-through road with only local residents traffic, giving a peaceful setting with views of the surrounding hills. Shaftesbury just over a mile with its historic Gold Hill and a good choice of shops and places to eat. It is a good base for exploring the area, offering historic houses, interesting gardens, walks, the Jurassic Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bath and much more.

The Vintage Hideaway

The vintage hideaway is a self contained annexe attached to my house. It is light and comfortable, it has a bedroom with sofa, kitchenette with small oven/grill and two hotplates ,fridge, freezer and microwave and a shower room. Access from the bedroom to a seating area on the deck ,over looking an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is close to lovely walks and the historic town of Shaftesbury with a variety of cafes , individual shops and pubs, and of course Gold Hill.
