On the ground floor of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bike use, numerous country walks and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). The popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * The Workshop is in the same building as my other property, Shed End.

Spinney Cottage, Pateley Bridge

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Beech House (split, one half let)

Beech House is located on the hillside overlooking Hebden Bridge. It is a quiet location yet only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes walk from the station. The house is split in to two so that the holiday let, with it's two large double bedrooms, is completely self contained with its own front door. The accommodation is self catering but we supply breakfast basics.
