Close to BART for an easy commute to San Francisco and near the Iron Horse trail for a morning or evening run. Along with a private entry, one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen this unit has a sleeper sofa and could accommodate up to 3 guests. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. We recognize the importance of privacy, this guesthouse will allow you to have everything you need all while never having to be bothered. The sunset views can be taken in from your bed or the deck. There is a bus stop about 150 yards away if you need, the airport is about a 7 minute ride away, rail (BART) is about 5 minutes and the house is near a freeway for quick access to everywhere in the Bay Area.

The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Hike up to a well designed, small-but-mighty modern cabin with fast WiFi, your own hot tub and a panoramic view spanning across the bay from the Golden Gate to the San Mateo bridge. 108 stairs lead up to the Aerie, so if you don’t want to get your steps in, this is probably not the space for you! 15 min from OAK and city life, but a world away. Sunsets are glorious here. The Aerie is a special spot just for 1 or 2, so leave the posse behind. Registered guests only.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
