Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

The cabin is a wonderful place for a family retreat or couples getaway! It is conveniently located 3 minutes from a four lane highway and is less than 15 minutes south of a town that has a population of around 5,000 and 20-30 minutes north of a larger college town of approximately 35,000. The little log cabin that Barnwood Builders helped build! That's right. In 2019 Barnwood Builders, along with another local team, came to Cookeville to help sort the pieces of a 1800's log cabin.
