Close to everything in town. A period property renovated for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi and pay TV channels. A lovely kitchen/living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and a wood heater. A large garden to wander around. 3 spacious bedrooms (all with ceiling fans), the main bedroom has an ensuite and a fireplace. All beds are queen size and have an electric blanket. Each bedroom has an elec. oil heater if required. A good selection of dvd’s and board games to keep everyone entertained.

Croft is a 5 minute drive to Brae restaurant and a 7 minute walk to the main street with boutiques, the Birregurra Grocer and the Royal Mail Hotel. The area is known for its award-winning food and wine as well as pristine rainforests and beaches just down the road. Croft house is within easy access to the Great Ocean Road.

The house features a large kitchen area fitted with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Outdoors you have access to an outdoor shower, BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Plenty of parking space for 4+ cars in the driveway.

Linen and basic provisions provided. Outdoor BBQ etc, WiFi. Extra $25 per night for use of second bedroom eg non couples.
