Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

The other direction brings you to the square where there is a choice of pubs and restaurants, whale watching trips and ferries to the islands of Sherkin and Cape Clear.
