Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

It sits on a peaceful 5 acres and has a covered Lanai ( Hawaiian word for covered deck) that overlooks 3 acres. A great place to see a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee or spend the lazy afternoon hours sipping refreshing beverages & just talking story

Enjoy breakfast on the screen porch watching birds and beautiful plants. A gas grill just outside the door for you to BBQ. Clean & affordable and close to central Aransas Pass.

Private Coastal Retreat

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.
