Introducing Vacation Station SP104! This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located at Signal Point Townhomes. The 2nd level has an open concept living, dining, kitchen, half bath and covered balcony. On the 3rd level there is a guest room with a queen bed and the main bedroom with a king bed and a twin over full bunk bed. In the living room there is a convertible sofa bed. There are two parking spaces for this unit, one in front of the garage and an overflow space by the community pool.

This quaint cottage has a Queen size bed in the first bedroom, Full in the second bedroom and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a twin sleeper sofa in the livingroom. There is a nice kitchen and also a BBQ grill for cooking. The cottage has wireless internet and is close to all that Rockport has to offer. Linens and towels are provided.

Thanks to Hurricane Harvey, we have a brand new place (we went down to concrete and studs after we lost the roof...) - This gave us the chance to address some earlier issues - we have new furniture, upgraded kitchen size, and a walk-in shower downstairs (a full tub is still upstairs!)We have a great villa only 5 mins walk from the beach - 2 queen bedrooms, a loft bedroom, 2 baths, and two futon couches. Full kitchen with all utensils/pots/pans/dishes/etc. Complex also has 2 pools.
