We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Upper level of remodeled houseboat with rooftop deck, full kitchen and laundry where every detail is thoughtfully designed including local artists' work. We have A/C-rare in this area.Backyard shared w/ host and friendly dog. Heads up: some construction in rest of house in 6/25. Prob not very loud or early or late.

This modern Apartment in the hills of San Rafael is a total gem. If the spacious and well equipped modern kitchen doesn't sell you. Then the super comfortable bed will. With its own private and enclosed garden space. This clean and modern airbnb is super comfortable. There are shared access to washing facilities. This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.

Ideal for one person (will consider two on request, if sharing bed). Great for short- or longer-term stays.
