Porchland Cottage is a hillside retreat featuring views of the countryside with large porches & is the perfect place for a get-away or visiting the Nashville area. The cottage is just a few years old-extremely clean-8 min to town-40 min to Nashville-8 miles to SRMC. Located on the hillside of historic South Tunnel railroad & close to neighboring Gallatin. The land was occupied during the civil war by Union soldiers and has an area that is considered “The Fort”, although no structure exists.

The Honey Branch

The Honey Branch sits on a little over five acres but feels like being on hundreds of acres. While middle Tennessee is growing at a rapid pace, things on Pee Dee Branch Road would tell a different story. Less than 30 miles from Broadway, The Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Mall. We have friendly animals like peacocks, goats, chickens, pigs, miniature donkeys and a free roaming friendly squirrel named Agnes. You r welcome to pick fresh eggs for ur breakfast. Amidst a pine forest and miles of easy hiking trails, Dove Cottage is part of Dovetail Forest, a private 100 acre retreat conveniently located 30 minutes North of Nashville. Enjoy a fire pit, fishing pond, golf range, two porches and a spacious lawn for recreation. We provide firewood, fishing gear, trail maps and recommendations for nearby dining and attractions. The Dove Cottage has fast wifi, Smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room.

The Barn

The Barn is close to Restaurants, Shopping, Grocery Stores, Parks, Banks AND close enough (w/in 25min) to All Things Downtown Nashville...Nissan Stadium (Titans, Concerts, ect), Bridgestone Arena (Preds, Concerts, ect), Schermerhorn Symphony Center (concerts, events), and much more... But you will love The Barn because of the quiet location. It is at the end of a dead end road on a secluded hill but less than 5 minutes off the highway.
