This upscale Beach House is ON THE BEACH in a quiet & secluded area of Cozumel Island only 150 feet from the caribbean sea. Breathtaking views await you. You will have all the comforts of home: Bose sound system, Netflix and Wifi... bring your work with you and stay for a while! We have beach clubs on to the left and right of us. You will not have to walk far for food and drinks. On the roof is a party palapa, which you have full access too. It is shared with the other condo in the building.

For your peace of mind, the apartment has a small safe and a smoke/CO alarm installed. The outdoor space includes the pool, dining, BBQ area and lounge chairs. We also have 2 bicycles available for renting.

This is a 1100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, on the 4th floor of a 7-floor condominium building. The 7th floor is reserved for your pleasure… an infinity pool, hot tub, and entertainment area with amazing views of the ocean and island. The first floor provides a gym which I believe is rarely used.
