My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

The Boardwalk, Shopping, Restaurants, Amusement parks, and many more activities are all within walking distance. There is plenty to do and you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes or less! Close enough so you can walk or bike to shopping and restaurants, or head to the beach about 2.5 miles away. Internet and a work desk, comfy beds with cotton sheets provided. There is a back porch, large fenced yard, BBQ grill, fire pit. Rules for booking our home- no pets are allowed. We require our guests have good AirBnb reviews.
