Charmant studio en vieille ville

Charmant studio situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Fribourg avec une vue imprenable sur la Sarine. Il se compose d'un grand lit double, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une cuisinette et d'un petit balcon. Logement pour 1 ou 2 personnes, indépendant, de 24m2, dans une maison familiale. Nous mettons à votre disposition la literie, les serviettes de toilette et une machine à laver et sécher le linge. Le ménage est effectué une fois par semaine, appartement non fumeur et non adapté aux animaux.

Conçu avec ingéniosité ( canapé-lit ) , le pavillon vous offre un grand confort dans un petit espace ( 12 mètres carré ). Exploring the Gruyère region at the foot of the mountains deep in the valley (Gruyères, Charmey) is wonderful. Living up here, with a view of the mountains, with plenty of sunshine, and just a 5-minute drive from all amenities, is even better! Welcome to Crésuz, to our bright, and authentic chalet. Peace and quiet, views, amenities (wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, games, books about the region, bed/changing table/high chair, yoga mat, binoculars...).

This peaceful apartment offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends. South-facing, a 5-10 minute walk from the village of Charmey and the ski lifts, it includes 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and desk, one with 2 single beds, sofa and large TV), a shower room with toilet, a fitted kitchen with dining area, and a terrace with panoramic views. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a chalet and is accessible via an interior staircase (no lift).

Pretty comfortable one-room apartment with parking

Nice little apartment of 43 m2 on the ground floor of a house in the center of the village, consisting of a large room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom which, unlike the room, is tiny but functional. Although the place is exposed to street noise during rush hour, the nights are quiet and the accommodation gives on the terrace side. Buses and trains available in two minutes walk; highway entrance near (Avenches).

Le Coteau est un superbe appartement en résidence de 94 m2 avec un jardin d'hiver de 17 m2 et une terrasse de 106 m2 avec vue sur le lac et les alpes. Le lac à 10 minutes à pied pour les amateurs de baignades, la forêt à 3 minutes pour les randonneurs, le supermarché à 1 minute, l'arrêt de bus à moins d'une minute, la gare à 5 minutes et le centre-ville à 10. En bref, très bien situé.
