Recently transformed from a horse barn, Kayak Cottage now bears little resemblance to its former use - the hosts managed to retain the former barn's rustic charm while completely redesigning the structure. An eclectic mix of materials were re-purposed to create the welcoming space - both inside and out. Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, or maybe a romantic retreat, our little cottage in the woods offers a private and intimate space perfect for your next getaway. Wooded Hideaway is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home nestled in the trees on approx 4 acres less than a mile from Center Hill Lake. You will enjoy total privacy on the front deck offering gorgeous sunset views, a well appointed kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, and kingsize bed for the perfect nights sleep.

Welcome to Sunrise Mt. Cabin is located on top of the Cumberland Plateau with a great view of the valley check out our 2 other cabins Patriot's Retreat & Sunrise Mtn Treeshouse. The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

Minutes to several state parks and waterfalls. Property has lots of parking and places to park boats, etc. Great place to hike, bike, fish, kayak, canoe, swim, etc. Please read the rules concerning watching children on this property! It is a working farm and near a river and smallchildren should never be unattended!

Private Guest House. We welcome you to our homestead in the making. We have cleaned up and made many improvements to the property and guest house has been remodeled. Enjoy campfires under the stars, free-ranging chickens and ducks. Cats and dogs will lovingly greet you! Just 20 min to McMinnville. 10 min to Isha yoga center. 15 min to the Cumberland Caverns. 30 minutes to Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island. Cell service is spotty here. McMinnville is the closest shopping/restaurants

Built by the host's grandparents in the 1940s, The Farm House is nestled in a rural valley along the Cumberland Plateau. Guests looking for a quiet vacation in a country setting can also enjoy features like Wifi and cell reception. Despite its remote location, The Farm House is just 10 minutes from the town of McMinnville and just 5 miles from Cumberland Caverns, 10 miles from Rock Island State Park, 15 miles from Isha USA, and 25 miles from Fall Creek Falls State Park.

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. Special note: the house will be decorated for the holiday season!
