Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

Hillside Hideaway

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Nestled in the rolling hillsides of Nashport Ohio. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire or cook out on the deck. Inside features a large open living room with full wooded view, plenty of seating, dining, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms and a small bunk bed room. Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

Seven Oaks Cabin

I welcome you to Seven Oaks Cabin. It is a place of well-being for individuals who like to connect with nature while staying in a primitive cabin away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The interior consists of a variety of wood-eastern white pine, cedar and cherry. The living area has furniture made by local Amish, septic system for flush toilet, instant hot water, small bedroom with bunk bed (full mattress on bottom/ twin on top), efficiency kitchen, and loft with queen mattress.

Black Bear- 1 bedroom w/fire ring

Come hibernate to a cozy one bedroom, 1 bathroom, bear den situated across the road from Wolf Run State Park. This cabin is fully equipped with WIFI, stocked kitchen (you bring the food), fire ring, & charcoal grill. This cabin sleeps three (full bed & a pull out couch). Get your paws on a cup of coffee/tea as you sit on the front porch and take in nature all around. The cabin is located just 15 minutes from "The Wilds" & the AEP recreation land is nearby for anglers to enjoy.

Bluebird Bungalow w Hot Tub

Experience our Bluebird Sanctuary, a serene retreat for bird lovers. Nestled in a peaceful setting with songbirds and hummingbirds, this cozy bungalow offers a tranquil getaway. Relax in the four-person hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, and listen to nature's symphony. Sleeps 4 with one bed up in the loft. It features board games, and a spacious walk-in shower. Surrounded by mature trees and wildlife on 1-acres, our bungalow is the perfect nature escape. New toaster oven.

We look forward to welcoming you to the secluded beauty of our space, designed and built by Kenny on our 20 acres of wooded property in the rolling hills of Central Ohio. A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

Unique Kabin in the Woods

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Chessie System Yellow Train Caboose & Amazing View

Completely remodeled C&O train caboose with a large deck and an amazing view looking over the Ohio river and West Virginia. A full size Murphy bed, original writing desk, the dining table is an old sleeper bed turned upside down and all the lights are original out of Pullman train cars No smoking inside the caboose. Secluded Woodland Getaway Near Athens

Farm life meets woodland paradise in this cabin set among the trees near our homestead. Hiking trails, a small 3 season creek, abundant wildlife, as well as farm animals. It's the best of both worlds! You will experience true darkness, bright stars and the simplicity of being out in the country and unplugged.

Secluded Family Retreat

Explore the trails, creeks, woods & fields. Catch your dinner on the 2 1/2 acre lake. Boat, kayaks, basic fishing gear, bait and firewood are provided. Or just relax on the porch and watch the wildlife. Located just 15 minutes from Salt Fork State Park.
