The Gambo

The Gambo is a traditional Shepherd's Hut with all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing break. It has a king-size bed, a fitted kitchen, full size fridge, wood-burning stove and bathroom. There is a 2-seater snuggler settee to relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the countryside and nearby coastline. Outside is a firepit, table, chairs and a Jacuzzi hot tub. Wildlife frequents our front door, we have a daily visit from a hungry Woodpecker! . You'll find wonderful views from the rear windows, reaching out towards the Marina and beyond. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path route goes directly past the front door. Perfectly situated for a calm, peaceful coastal escape.

Ideally situated in the middle of the village, just 100 metres from the harbour front and the award winning Griffin pub. Dale is built around a beautiful horseshoe-shaped bay. It is perfect for sailing, surfing, windsurfing or kayaking.

Our house is an old converted farm building, on a farm a couple of fields from the Sea and coast path and two & a half miles from St.Davids. We enjoy meeting people but have sadly had to adapt to not mixing with our guests since covid, so if you are happy to make yourselves at home in our 'well lived in' welcoming, homely and self contained accommodation - then come and stay. We endeavour to follow the Airbnb Covid protocol as best we can in a private house.
