Walk, bike, or drive an easy 16 blocks to downtown Sanford past historic, renovated residences. We are only 1.5 miles from historic Canal Street & Riverside Park, and 2 miles to Flagler Ave. The city golf course is 1/2 mile away. No pets. No emotional support animals.
