The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . A short drive away from Mount Edgcumbe, Plymouth, Torpoint, Looe, Seaton, Downderry, Eden Project, Millbrook, Cawsand, Kingsands. On the South West Coast path, so really great for walkers. We have one double bedroom with stylish interior, a lovely shower room with blue tooth mirror cabinet and all you will need in the Kitchen. We have a lovely cosy lounge with strong BT WI-FI and TV.

It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.
