The Bird's nest has a unique spiral staircase with decks on the front and back. Front room has a twin bed and a trundle bed. The living room and kitchen bar area is very open and full of light. The living room has a 55" flatscreen with a large sectional sofa. All new appliances, dishwasher, with every kitchen need you might have. Bathroom has full shower/tub and lots of storage area. Bedroom has queen bed and lots of dresser storage area. 32" flatscreen TV. A beautiful walk out 2 story deck.

This is a separate & private suite, with free parking for 1 vehicle & a private entrance. Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens.
