The entire house is yours with full kitchen, laundry room, living room with 55" Satellite TV and a nice outside seating area which is perfect for morning coffee, reading or enjoying a glass of your favorite wine. The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or relaxing at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House, but we remain Dog Friendly. Our Per Dog fee is $50 per stay.
