"STEP 2 SEA",as the title says, is beautiful residence for 8 people, situated directly on the beach, in Kaštel Štafilić. It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Apartments are rented to the same guests who know each other. WELCOME TO "STEP 2 SEA"!

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartment Antea

Proud to rent top floor of three floor detached house in quiet area close to ancient town of Trogir with beaches and stunning architecture (5 km), city of Split just 25 km distant and also a wonderful town of Sibenik 45 km away. Split International Airport 4 km distant. House is surrounded with fruit and vegetable garden to southeast and pine tree forest to north. Accommodation consists of two separate rooms same size and content, kitchen and big balcony with a stunning view of Split Bay.
