Inside the house there is a one apartment and one studio and both can accommodate two guests. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which allows you to enjoy your own meals and holiday. There is also separate bedroom with TV and beautiful spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. Studio i equipped with spacious living room with pull-out bed, TV, sofa and few steps higher kitchen with dining table. From the terrace and garden you can enjoy yourself by gazing at the mountain and hill view surrounded with vineyards or just enjoy in BBQ facilities, your children can enjoy our playground with many options.

Jakob's cottage is an apartment house located in the heart of Kozjansko, on a spot with an amazing view on vineyards. The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

There are 7 apartments available at the guesthouse of which 3 studio apartments and 4 one bedroom apartments. We can host up to 21 guests. All apartments are fully equiped for a cosy accommodation. Guesthouse has a restaurant where typical Posavje region dishes and wines are served.

Nova pasivna hiša Hirundo ponuja vrhunsko izkušnjo bivanja v mirni vasici, a v neposredni bližini Brežic. Zagreb je oddaljen dobrih 30 km. Hiša je v dveh nadstropjih in razvaja s sodobno opremo ter lastnim wellnessom s finsko, parno in IR-savno ter masažnim bazenom. Med sezono je na voljo ogrevan Intex bazen (549 X 274). Fantovščine, dekliščine in glasne zabave niso dovoljene.
