Idlers Cottage, in the Somerset village of South Petherton; a hideaway with loads of charm; and feels like someone's home... perfect for a romantic break. Set in our garden alongside a thatched Grade 2 listed house. With its own small patio/garden. Perfect to catch the sun, unwind and enjoy an outdoor meal or a glass of whatever is your fancy. This Somerset hamstone cottage is a 3-minute walk to the village centre which oozes life with butchers, bakers, pub, deli, greengrocers and lots more.

Enchanting Manor Coach House

An elegant, relaxed home in the grounds of the Manor in this AONB with walks directly from the house. The pretty village of Winterbourne St. Martin (Martinstown) has a great pub and a super village shop both within a short walk. Close to the Jurassic Coast and spectacular country views, its the perfect place to chill after a walk, a day at the beach (approx five miles away) or visiting the many attractions in and around Dorchester. Guests have a private garden, and access to a tennis court.

It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and Jurassic coast! The town’s amenities are only a short walk away including the new Brewery Square development. Nestled in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Wynford Eagle is one of West Dorset's hidden gems. Swallows Return is a cosy studio retreat, a haven for peace and relaxation which opens out onto a large terrace with stunning views of the valley, 8 acres of grounds and gardens and beautiful alpacas. A great base to explore Dorset, situated just 15 minutes from the Jurassic coastline and all this incredible area has to offer.

No.3 is a self-contained property which was the extension of the original farm cottage built in 1907, now part of the hosts’ residence (number 4). It has it’s own separate access off a quiet unclassified road leading out of the village of Winterborne Whitechurch with off-road parking. The property has been adapted to provide all the comforts for a quiet enjoyable stay but public transport is infrequent so a car is recommended.

The Stable

The Stable is a stylish converted barn for two, or a couple with a young child, set on a peaceful working farm in Broadoak. Surrounded by rolling hills and country walks, it’s just a short drive to Bridport and the Jurassic Coast. The spacious interior blends comfort with character, and outside there’s a private, landscaped garden with lawn and patio — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Dorset.
