The second bedroom has a twin bed that's perfect for a child. Living room is welcoming with plenty of comfortable seating and a television. Multiple windows make this room airy and inviting. Kitchen is compact and fully stocked with everything you need. Washer/dryer onsite. Off street parking for one vehicle. The side yard is fenced .

The Cottage

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.
