Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

A pretty detached historic 3 bedroom flint cottage up a private drive with a wood burner, delightful private garden, terrace, summer house and deck area overlooking a pond full of wildlife. Set in an AONB it is walking distance to the charming village of Thorncombe with a great community run shop and playground. There are lots of walks from the doorstep, plenty of wildlife and no light pollution, so amazing night skies, with the Jurassic coast and plenty of historic houses close by to explore.

Our comfy and cosy en-suite studio annexe is situated on the edge of Drimpton in rural West Dorset. The Annexe is ideal for short breaks be it walking, exploring beautiful West Dorset or visiting friends and family. Spend time exploring the Jurassic Coast with the coastal towns of Lyme Regis and West Bay just 25 minutes drive away, or choose a walk from the door. Nearby are Lewesdon Hill, noted for its beautiful Blue Bells in early May, and Pilsdon Pen, the highest point in Dorset.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Crown Studio is a beautiful handcrafted wooden building with high offset apex ceiling, large North facing roof windows and spacious living accommodation . Formerly designed as a sculptors Studio it offers comfort and privacy, whilst retaining it's original artisan charm. It stands in it's own fully fenced private garden with countryside views. The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
