The apartment offers spacious rooms, privacy and peace and quiet of the nature We want our guests to feel comfortable and welcome, and we enjoy meeting new, interesting people.

The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

This beautiful vacation house is located in a small village near Rijeka and Crikvenica, and only 2 min walk to the beach. In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. Prostrani apartman od 70 m² u mirnom Križišću, idealan za obitelj. Nudi dvije udobne spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, dnevni boravak s 65" Smart TV-om (besplatan Netflix), kupaonicu te perilicu i sušilicu rublja. Dostupni su klima uređaj, besplatni Wi-Fi i parkiranje. Plaža je udaljena 5 minuta vožnje. Check-in od 16:00, check-out do 12:00. Pušenje i kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni. U blizini su biciklističke staze, planinarske rute i kulturne znamenitosti otoka Krka.

In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
