Enjoy amazing sea view from apartment balcony. Our apartment is located in beautiful seaside place Dugi Rat which is great connected with cities of Split and Omiš. We don't have private parking space, but there is free public parking 100 meters away from the apartment. Bus station is 200 meters away from the apartments. Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i prekrasnom novo uređenom smještaju. Apartman ima 69 m2 , renoviran je 2023.godine te nudi prostrani dnevni boravak sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , lođu na jugu, dvije komodne spavaće sobe , te kupoanicu. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže. U okruženju zgrade nalaze se trgovine i kafići.

This luxurious apartment with a Hot Tub is located right where the river Cetina meets the sea, and offers a wonderful view of the river, the city, the surrounding mountainside and the sea from the apartment's terrace. The apartment has a private entrance and can accommodate 4 - 6 persons freely in 100 m² of space. The apartment is located in close proximity to the beach (approximately 300 m) and the town center (approximately 400 m).
