This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). 18th Century Cottage in Dorset Countryside

This idyllic country cottage is surrounded by peaceful woodland and fields. Once an 18th-century barn, it has been lovingly restored and what a welcoming place it is. Inside, you'll find a traditional open fireplace, wooden beams and lots of exposed brick. The cosy sitting room is the perfect place to hunker down on cooler evenings, there's ample sofa space for six and a TV to watch films. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and downstairs there is a 3rd bedroom and bathroom.

A beautiful listed building located on a quiet lane in the centre of the pretty market town of Blandford Forum, offering the perfect place to explore Dorset or simply relax in one of the cosy sitting rooms and indulge in one of the house's many books. Plenty of board games and DVDs will keep the younger ones entertained or get outside to the nearby River Stour to spot otters and kingfishers (just a 5 minute walk from the house) or head in any direction to Dorset's spectacular countryside.
