This is a spacious lower level of a newly built home. This private guest area has a lounge, dinning, and kitchenette in addition to a bedroom and a bathroom. Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. Washer/dryer available upon request. Please review house rules before booking

You will have a front row view of a working horse farm from this private guest house on the edge of Country Life Farm's Merryland Thoroughbred Nursery. "Merrywell" A 3 bedroom, stucco on stone historic house dating to the early 1900's. Stocked kitchenette, private bedroom and designated work space w wifi. Wifi & wifi speaker, smoke detectors, Co2 detectors, electric fireplace. Although the kitchenette doesn’t have a sink/water there is a Deer Park water cooler with hot & cold water, and supplies under bathroom sink to use for dish washing.
