Barrio tradicional con mercado típico de alimentación . A 10 minutos andando de la playa. Supermercados, tiendas de alquiler de bicis, Restaurantes ....en sus alrededores. Muy bien comunicado con toda la ciudad con servicios públicos ,Autobus, tren, metro,tranvia Aparcamiento gratuito en la zona . Parking cercano en plaza Mercado Cabañal.

Located on the most emblematic and commercial street of Cabanyal (Poblados Maritimos), just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the tram stop that connects to the city center and the airport. A rental agreement is required, the minimum stay is 11 days, and we comply with the urban rental law, ideal for digital nomads and workers.

With a modern and minimalistic approach, this amazing space has been dressed up with selected furniture and a collection of beautiful plants for the delight of my beloved guests.
