The house is only two blocks from the BART station, which is only 6 minutes away from UC Berkeley campus and half an hour from San Francisco. There’s also grocery stores, restaurants, coffee very close by in El Cerrito Plaza. This is a newly built, attached one bedroom in-law unit with private entrance in the quiet backyard. It offers absolutely privacy and is very bright, cozy, spacious. Shared laundry with us in the garage. Free Parking in the driveway. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

La Casita

La Casita is situated in our back yard. It is on the 1st level of 4 (4th at street), so be prepared to use stairs. Although once arrived it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Berkeley is ~10-15 minute drive. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 6 minute drive. Solano Avenue (shops and restaurants) is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk). Farmers Market every Sunday (10-2) is a 7 minute walk. We look forward to having you stay at our property and happy to answer any questions you may have.

The place is nestled in a garden setting . A perfect place for travelers who enjoy a minimalistic stay. The cottage with a cozy bed, tea&coffee, microwave and tiny fridge is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom with a sink and shower is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. WiFi ✅

Cozy backyard cottage

Cozy backyard cottage in shared backyard with sunny patio for relaxing outside. Studio cottage is separate from house with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and eating area. Everything you need to relax and make simple meals, including coffee and tea. One block from Solano Ave for restaurants and shopping, a few blocks walking from whole foods and more restaurants. Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

Located in the scenic, tranquil Berkeley Hills, just up the hill from UC Berkeley, this climate controlled studio offers spectacular views, privacy & a large outdoor dining area. You’ll enjoy huge windows overlooking the SF Bay, lots of natural light, a new queen bed, lounge area, bluetooth speaker & kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station. A large monitor and standing desk makes it easy to work or stream movies using our gigabit Wi-Fi. Easy parking and bus access.

Nestled in May Valley, our guest house offers amazing hill views from your bedroom and private, fruit-tree-lined patio. It's perfectly located to explore top Bay Area attractions like San Francisco and Napa Valley. Plus, all your essential grocery stores are minutes away. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the easy access to nearby natural wonders, including San Pablo Reservoir, Kennedy Grove, Wildcat Canyon Regional Park and many more, all offering fantastic opportunities for exploration.

Our sun-filled cottage is located a 10-minute walk from BART and bike paths with easy access to UC Berkeley, San Francisco, and the East Bay. Featuring a separate bedroom (comfy queen bed), living room (with couch and futon bed), bathroom, shower, full kitchen, & a private deck with fragrant jasmine vines and furniture for outside space of your own. One of the two private entrances opens into a lush garden with wisteria-draped pergola and multiple (shared) seating areas and paths.

Little Lemon Cottage is a 1 bd/1 ba 500 sq.ft. guest cottage located in Albany right next to Berkeley. Set in a cozy backyard near Solano Ave (dotted with small shops and cafes) it's an ideal location for those looking for a small town feeling close to the city. This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

East Bay PRIVATE "Backhouse" retreat

Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

Our cottage can be your comfortable home away from home. The galley kitchen features a gas stove plus oven, refrigerator and freezer, plus Keurig coffee maker. Want to make your own breakfast smoothie? There's a Vitamix for you. Prefer french press coffee? We have have a burr grinder and french press for you. Enjoy your breakfast or your evening glass of wine on your own private patio or kick back while watching your favorite show or movie on our smart TV.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Private garden cottage in the heart of Berkeley's Gilman District. Located well off the street. Good quality mattress, kitchenette & small new bathroom. There's a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The cottage is not set up for cooking. A short walk to Whole Foods, Biergarten, Funky Elephant, and others.
