Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. High speed internet & YouTubeTV provide entertainment options.

Hosts live on site in a separate basement apartment. Easy access to Notre Dame (45 min), Middlebury (20 min), Nappanee (20 min), and 25 to Shipshewana (25 min).

Remote work friendly with spacious workspace desk, fast WIFI, and coffee. The closet has a mini food prep area with mini fridge and microwave, and grill out on back patio. The Serenity Suite is one of two listings to accommodate guests. This suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. This property offers the entire lower level of our home and back yard that you will have all to yourself. We live upstairs and you have your own private entrance. There is no kitchen, but a gas grill, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge are provided. There are large windows in the master bedroom, and the living room has two large windows in addition to a glass sliding door that opens to a private backyard with fire pit next to the Elkhart River.
