Private entrance. The “Lair" is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is not intended for children. Walk 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, and numerous favorite restaurants and shops within blocks. You can LEAVE YOUR CAR at home and still have an amazing vacation!

Detached 400 sf studio with full kitchen, private redwood deck, and own entrance/parking. Just a mile to the coast, the house is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and a 25-minute walk into Encinitas, a classic beach surf town. Restaurants, live music, and quaint shops line nearby Highway 101. The large tropical garden has walking paths and seating areas perfect to relax in. The property is a true oasis! This 3 BR/2 BA dog-friendly house was remodeled and furnished specifically for guests. Comfortable seating areas inside and outside let everyone spread out and relax. With wifi, coffee and beach towels to surfboards and beach chairs, the house is stocked with many things to help you enjoy your trip.
