A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.

Within walking distance, the perfect location for staff patients & visitors going to Derriford Hospital & The Peninsula Centre. Marjons is also a short drive & Plymouth Argyle too. We are a 5 minute drive from Manadon A38. Parkway.

The Bolthole

At The Bolthole, you will have your own front door to the property, there is a small double bedroom with TV, separate shower room and basic kitchen area with microwave; kettle mini fridge toaster. Just outside is a sitting area to enjoy any down time you may have. Locally there is plenty of on street parking.
