The cottage is ideally placed for walking holidays. It benefits from a secluded patio to the side of the property It sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store and dry wet gear. A short walk to the Dinorben Arms. Close to the Offa’s Dyke trail. Airbnb have changed how they collect fees. Prices haven’t gone up I promise. This converted stable block is situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park making it an ideal base from which to explore the wonderful surroundings. A stone's throw from Zip World and a short walk from the Glyderau, Y Stabl is also an ideal base for those with an adventurous spirit. The mountain scrambles of the Ogwen Valley, rock climbs of the Llanberis Pass, the mountain bike trails of the Gwydir Forest and the beaches of Anglesey and the Llyn are all easily accessible by short drives.

Our Shepherds Hut newly built in 2021 sleeps 2 people and nestles nicely into it's own private space just next to the house, which is in a gorgeous rural location in the heart of Snowdonia national park. This hut has electricity, central heating, and hot water making it a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is an outdoor firepit/BBQ with table and bench to sit and eat, where you can take in the beautiful view. It's a perfect location for keen walkers and popular area for cyclist's.

Cosy one bed guest house set in idyllic location

Set in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, the annexe at Tower Hill Barn Selattyn, provides an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just 3 miles from the border town of Oswestry it provides an ideal base for walkers, with an abundance of local footpaths - Offa's Dyke is close by. The village of Selattyn is home to The Docks pub which serves excellent food and local beers. The property is not really suitable for children and regrettably we do not accept pets.

The annex is part of the main house, however it has its own access and amenities that include off road parking. 15 min drive from the foot of Mt.Snowdon. Ideal location to explore North Wales and UNESCO World Heritage Slate landscape. 10min drive to the beach at Dinas Dinlle, the picturesque villages of Beddgelert, Betws Y Coed, Portmeirion and the Isle of Anglesey only a short drive away.

Take your pick of beaches within 10min in the car, and of course, Portmeirion is 30mins walk. The ffestiniog railway passes the bottom of the drive and the nearest zip world is 15min away.

A relaxing evening soak in the hot tub can be recommended.
