Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

It is in the north of Plymouth in a quiet residential area very close to the hospital, the moors and local shops. Ideal for 2 adults, but a dog or small child can be accommodated. The garden is accessible on request. With 42" TV , fast wi-fi, well appointed kitchen and comfortable seating it will make you feel like you're in a home from home. Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a five-minute walk; the Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 minutes walk away.

It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.
