Upton Hill Cottage | A peaceful escape

Upton Hill Cottage is self-catering farm-stay accommodation 16km into the Strathbogie Ranges from Avenel. It is surrounded by vineyards, cherry orchards, farmland & replanted & remnant bush. At 475m ASL the cottage has panoramic views of the ranges & Goulburn Valley. Guests can meet the animals, ramble, birdwatch, cycle, observe native flora & fauna, fish, do scenic tours, marvel at the ancient granite formations of the unique Strathbogie batholith, & enjoy local wineries, music & restaurants.

'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

Dale View is well hidden from the road, as you sweep up the driveway you will see kangaroos, birds and gum trees as the property unfolds in front of you.

"Villacostalotta" bringing 1885 to the present.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). This separate, brand-new studio apartment on my property offers private accommodation. It is designed for 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious and self-contained. The kitchen is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and essentials like a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Wifi and TV are available. Enjoy a cozy outdoor area. Cleanliness is a priority, and the minimalist approach ensures no clutter.

Charlemont Guest House

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment located at the end of large machinery shed on our farm. Sit on the verandah and enjoy the outlook onto the Stathbogie Ranges. 7km to Avenel. Please let us know if you need help with finding things to do or places to eat at. You cannot get bored in this region!
