Giyinme odasinda da ihtiyac halinde kullanilacak yatak vardir. Her iki yatak odasindan da balkona cikis bulunmaktadir. Yaz aylarinda gundogumu ve gunbatimi izlenebilmektedir.

Daire; bir oturma odası, (2 kişilik 160x200 cm visco yatak) , banyo/wc , açık mutfak, ve balkondan oluşmaktadır.. Yaklaşık 50 metrekaredir.
