We invite you to come stay at our modern townhome on the Back 40 trail system. The Metfield Park complex, which has a seasonal swimming pool (small entry fee), playground, pickleball courts, basketball court, 9-hole golf course (fee), pump track, and bike skills course is within easy walking distance. This amazing location is also right on the MTB trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs Park where you can get trailside coffee. We are pet friendly with a fee (details below).

This quiet and cozy space is close to the U of A, hospitals, shopping, parks, entertainment, and bike trails. It is a separate studio with private coded entrance. Studio includes a queen bed, couch, W/D including supplies, A/C and electric fireplace, WiFi, TV with cable and Roku streaming, tile shower, kitchenette with microwave, under counter fridge, coffee maker and coffee supplies, ice maker, hair blower, small iron and iron board, soaps and shampoos.
