The Waffle House: Historic Full Downtown Apartment

The apartment is called Waffle House because it was the home of Waffle House founder Joe Rogers. The space is a full apartment with kitchen, laundry, living room, bathroom and bedroom with a separate entrance. Located on W Deaderick it’s just a short walk to Restaurants , Farmer's Market, and Hub City Brewing. I am the brewmaster at Hub City Brewing & Rock’n Dough Pizza + Brewery, and my wife works for Hitachi Energy. We live in the downstairs unit so are nearby if there is anything you need.

Full kitchen with cookware. Separate 20x20 garage for boat storage and a fish/duck cleaning house. Close to local restaurants and stores. 1 bedroom with queen bed , 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. Can sleep 4 to 5 people. Pet friendly. There is additional sleeping space for 2 on the queen sectional/sofa bed and 1-2 more on the futon in the dressing room! Rosie's has 1 full bathroom, but an additional spacious dressing room with lots of mirrors and more. Rosie's has a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a grill, large fire pit, and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for hanging out!

Close to interstate highway, 30 mins to Reel Foot Lake or hunting areas. We have very nice Golf course what just 3 mins from here. Safari Park takes 20 mins.

Our family frequents Airbnb properties when we travel and have brought that experience to our home to make it as comfortable as possible. Feel free to use the elliptical or venture outside for a walk or bike ride to see one of two water wheels and ponds in the neighborhood.

It features a complete kitchen, washer and dryer; all the modern amenities.

This newly renovated home has three bedrooms ( two queen beds and two twin beds ) game room, central heat and air, full kitchen and is located three miles southwest of Halls, TN and approximately 1/2 mile off of 51 Bypass north. It is 13 miles south of Dyersburg and 10 miles north of Ripley.
