Sherrington Stables is on the edge of the enchanting hamlet of Sherrington with its picturesque watercress beds in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a delightful, well equipped, single storey cottage which makes a charming and relaxing retreat. There is one bedroom with a queen size (5 foot) bed and the living room has an imported American (Castro Convertibles) queen size sofa bed. Ideally suited for a couple, or a couple with two children, or two couples as long as one couple are happy with the sofa bed. Peacefully set in the grounds of the owner's three hundred year old thatched farmhouse, it has wonderful walks right from the door.

Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

A light and airy spacious Shepherds hut set in a beautiful English garden adjacent to a paddock. Great for a couple wanting to get away for a short break in the countryside and ideal for visiting Stonehenge 15 mins. by car, Bath 50mins. and Salisbury 25 mins. A good stop over point for cyclists on the King Alfred’s way route. The friendly village of Tilshead is located at the heart of Salisbury Plain. Excellent Italian food available at the Rose and Crown Pub 50 yards walk away.
