The location is ideal for quiet walks, jogging & bike-riding. It's close to Ricketts Glen State Park's hiking trails & other scenic areas. There is a firepit for guests to use during the evening hours. (Wood is provided.) While, inside the guesthouse, a Wifi system is available for guests' use.

Location is rustic yet has many modern amenities - air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen (utensils, place settings, glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans), Wi-Fi, Sling TV, and outdoor fire pit and grill.
