CITRA 011022-LT-0778. Casa con ingresso indipendente affacciata sul porticciolo di pescatori nel pittoresco borgo di Fezzano. La casa è dotata di una splendida terrazza con vista mare attrezzata con lettini prendisole, ombrellone e tavolo da pranzo. Parcheggio in box privato nell'autosilo a duecento metri dalla casa. All'interno dell'appartamento appena ristrutturato ingresso soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale con vista mare, bagno con doccia, Wifi, aria condizionata, cassaforte.

Mi chiamo Papiriana, nell'antico borgo medievale di Fosdinovo in Alta Toscana al confine ligure, a due passi dal famoso “Castello Malaspina”. Ho 2 camere da letto ( 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 singoli) , 2 bagni, 1 cucina e 1 salone con divano letto e una grande stufa a pellet. Dalla mia terrazza ammirerai la splendida vallata del Magra e il mare. Sono a meta' strada ( 14 km) dalle spiagge di Marinella di Sarzana e dalle alpi Apuane (campo Cecina 1300 mt). Gli amici animali sono benvenuti !
