The Stables on Berg Street

Situated within walking distance of the village and offering a comfy bed, living area and courtyard, The Stables is the perfect place to explore Franschhoek. We offer a fridge, microwave, kettle, indoor and courtyard table and chairs. This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. As we have lived in Franschhoek for over 40 years, we are trustworthy hosts and know the area well. Great news is we have an inverter for lights and wifi to assist during load shedding.

Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

The Aloe Suite is nestled in the leafy neighbourhood of Courtrai in Southern Paarl. The double story space includes a kitchen, lounge and dining area on the lower level.Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Guests have a private entrance,patio and barbeque area and shared use of the pool . There is parking on the premises, TV (with netflix ) and Wi-Fi. Laundry can be arranged at a fee. Bed for a minor /child can be arranged on request too

Lovely garden suite set in peaceful garden, is elegantly decorated with a bath, en-suite bathroom and shower. The room is fully serviced has a generator, TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea & Nespresso coffee facilities, air-conditioning, heating, hairdryer, etc. The room leads onto its own private garden, where you enjoy the magnificent view of the Franschhoek mountains. Enjoy a swim in the swimming pool or a game of tennis or walks in the vineyards and rose garden.

This cosy 2-bedroom unit features a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and two three-quarter beds in the second bedroom. The bathroom boasts both a shower and a bath, with an additional guest toilet conveniently located off the lounge area. Both bedrooms and the living area open onto a private patio, complete with braai facilities and stunning views.

Beautiful quiet and self-catered studio apartment in the serene, exclusive and safe neighbourhood of Upper Brandwacht, located in the hills above Stellenbosch, around 6 minutes’ drive from the centre of town. The house is nestled between vineyards and mountains, and is just a few minutes’ walk away from a beautiful forest, nature reserve and mountain biking tracks. There is a wonderful sense of peace to this neighbourhood and the views are spectacular.

All guests are welcome to stay in this relaxing, quiet and cosy room with its own separate entrance. Nestled below the beautiful Stellenbosch mountain range and surrounded by neighbouring vineyards.

If you prefer the outdoors, you'll find Mountain Bike Trails along the Drakenstein and Simonsberg Mountain.

Klein La Cotte cottage is a charming and peaceful space set in the garden of our family home. It comprises an open plan bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a kitchenette. It has it's own private courtyard and access to the pool. It is a self catering unit; however rusks, coffee and tea are provided.
