Our detached cottage for one traveller is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. It is a comfy private space with skylights, vaulted ceiling, spacious desk, very fast wifi, and a peaceful garden outlook. Located near the Seymour River and the Baden-Powell trail network. Close by are Capilano University, Capilano and Lynn Valley suspension bridges, Deep Cove Village, Maplewood Flats bird refuge, and Lonsdale Quay. Downtown Vancouver is 25 mins. by car or bus, a few steps away. Free street parking.

Owners live on site with 2 hypoallergenic small dogs (dogs have no access to guest area). Welcome to our cozy laneway nest in Garrison Crossing in the Sardis area of Chilliwack. This standalone coach house provides privacy for a single or a couple. We are a 300 metre walk to the local swimming pool, rec centre and fitness gym. Within 500 metres there are many restaurants, coffee shops and the Save On grocery store. About 750 metres away is the Canada Education park for RCMP, CBSA, and Canadian Forces. Not suitable for infants or toddlers.

Guest suite is located on the lower floor with its own private entrance at the rear of the home. The space is bright and spacious with windows and is self contained with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The Airbnb host lives upstairs in the home but their area is completely separate from the guest area. My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife and Skytrain.
